Rates are based on single or double occupancy. A
deposit of 30% of the total is required to confirm
reservations with the balance due upon arrival.
CANCELLATIONS must be made a minimum of 14 days before
arrival date for a refund minus a 10% administrative
fee. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made
less than 14 days prior to the arrival date [30 days
for Christmas and New Years ]. NO refunds for shortened
stays. PAYMENT may be made in cash, travelers checks
(U.S. currency only), MasterCard, Visa, Amex, Discover
or Diner's Club with proper identification. Personal
checks are accepted for deposits ONLY and must be
received three (3) weeks prior to
arrival.
CHECK-IN time is 2 p.m. CHECK-OUT time
is Noon.
