Policies
A three night minimum stay is required with all holiday weekends. Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran’s Day and Thanksgiving holiday weekends will be priced with low-season rates.
All of the guestrooms are non-smoking. Our rates are based on double occupancy, priced per day, and are calculated in U.S. dollars. In the event of additional guest(s), a $15 fee will be charged to your credit card with no exceptions. Rates do not include the 11% Florida room tax and are subject to change without notice.
A minimum of a one night's stay (including tax) is required to confirm reservations. The balance is due upon arrival. CANCELLATIONS must be made a minimum of 14 days before arrival date for a refund minus a $35 administrative fee. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the arrival date (30 days for Christmas and New Year’s weeks). No refunds for shortened stays or for no shows.
Payment may be made in cash, traveler’s checks (U.S. currency only), MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express with proper identification.
Check-In time is between 2 p.m. – 7 p.m. unless other arrangements are made prior to your arrival. Check-out time is 11 a.m.
Pets are not permitted. Adults only please ...age 21+
